Question regarding newsletter/magazine copyrights: Does your association own the copyrights for everything it publishes? Do contributors (unpaid volunteers) ever own the copyright? Even when/if staff assists greatly in writing and editing the column? Do you run disclaimers (i.e. the opinions expressed are those of the authors, not the association) regardless of who owns the copyright?
